The beaches of Marbella and Nerja are among the twenty best in Europe

The travel portal Trivago lists the coasts of Marbella and Nerja as the highest rated in Spain after Palma de Mallorca. The beaches of Nerja and Marbella both appear on the list of the twenty European beaches most highly rated beaches in Europe by people who make reservations on Internet, according to the ranking of the fifty most searched for European seaside destinations in 2009 on the Trivago homepage.
