Victor Clavell, Regional Vice President and General Manager of Hotel Arts Barcelona stated, “It is a great honour to receive both of these distinctions in an increasingly competitive market. Our aim is to achieve the highest standards of service and provide the best facilities to the conference and leisure markets so these awards are a great recognition of our dedication to excellence.”
In addition, Barcelona was awarded silver in the “Best Overseas Conference Destination” category. London was awarded first place and Berlin won the bronze.
